Our 30-day love-it guarantee

We want you to love Amorin. If you don't, email us at hello@getamorin.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will refund the price of your first jar. You don't need to send it back. One guarantee claim per customer.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund for the affected items. No return needed.

Unopened jars

Changed your mind? Unopened jars can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the jar price. Email us first and we will send return instructions. Return postage is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

No subscriptions

Every Amorin order is a one-time purchase. We never sign you up to a subscription.
